Public transport ticket orders Applies only to transport providers who have a public transport ticket agreement with Essex County Council, for the purchase of commercial bus or train tickets Education and Children Social Care passengers are included Orders are a cumulative list of passengers, where a ticket has been ordered since the start of the current academic year Passenger journey start and end dates show their whole period of eligibility to transport Transport providers should issue tickets that are valid for a single term at a time; autumn term, spring term and summer term Transport providers must not issue tickets that are valid beyond journey end dates Transport providers must continue to invoice Essex County Council termly for issued tickets
