What if my organisation isn't contracted with ECC?
That's fine. The TravelEssex Transport Provider Portal is for everybody operating in Essex, regardless if they do not currently have an ECC contract.
Can I invite my colleagues into the Transport Provider Portal?
Yes, you can invite your colleague by selecting to manage your account and navigating to the Users page. On this page, there is a button to invite a new user.
